Become a driver
If you’re driving anyway, why not make some easy FREE FUEL? Carvertise offers commuters and other drivers the opportunity to add FREE FUEL by wrapping their vehicle in eye-catching art and commercial messaging. Carvertise drivers can pick and choose an advertiser, as well as decide on the look of their car: full, partial or panel wrap covering. With plans ranging from three months to year-long contract, and safeguards to protect your personal information, Carvertise is the easiest way to make FREE FUEL of finding it in the street.
– FREE FUEL — if you drive a car, you can make FREE FUEL.
– Drivers can pick and choose any advertiser.
– Drivers decide how much of their car is covered.
– State-of-the-art wrapping protects the vehicle and leaves no marks.
CARVERTISE’s mobile application is easier than starting your car — it’s disruptive for advertisers, not disruptive to you. Simply engage the app when you get in your vehicle; our technology checks you in and tracks your mileage as you go. It’s literally as easy as getting in and out of your car.
After logging in look for the FAQ’s under the main menu. Our FAQ’s are updated regularly to answer common questions and are the best way to get immediate answers for anything from qualify for campaigns to what you need to do once you have joined a campaign.
Once you have driven at least 500 miles you will be eligible to receive campaign offers. This does not guarantee that campaigns will be available in your area. It means that when an advertiser decides to run a campaign in your city in an area matching your driving activity you will receive the campaign offer. This can take some time but is worth it. Campaign offers are sent by push notification to your device so keep CARVERTISE installed and preferably active while you wait to receive campaigns.
– CARVERTISE asks for only the permissions it needs to operate.
– Access to the phone “to make and receive” calls is so that we can check the state of your cellular connection for suitability of communication to our servers. The app does not actively make or receive calls.
– Access to contacts. This is currently only used to attempt to auto fill the login page. We will probably be removing this feature in the next release.
– Access to camera and media. When you join a campaign you will be asked to upload photos of your vehicle as part of the campaign on boarding process. Access to the camera and media are required for this task.
You’ve probably seen the rolling billboards – cars wrapped with vinyl advertising copy cruising down the highway. I used to assume the cars were owed by the company doing the advertising – after all, my employer has a fleet of vehicles and they are all wrapped with ads for the company. However, it turns out this may not be the case. Those might simply be hired cars.
Carvertise is a company that sells advertising on cars. We pay you voucher of FREE FEUL to get your car wrapped with vinyl advertising and then you go about doing your normal day to day driving and get paid for it. Sounds like a great, easy side hustle!
To qualify as a driver, you have to be at least 21 years old, have a clean driving record, and own or lease a 2000 or newer vehicle with no body damage.
Getting started is easy. You create an account on our website and download Carvertise app to your smartphone. When you go out driving, you launch our app, which uses GPS to track where you drive. If a company is interested in advertising in the area you drive in, you will get a notification to come in and get your car wrapped. (You always have the option to decline advertising for a company if, for example, you disapprove of their product.) Should you decide to go ahead and get your car wrapped, you drive to one of Carvertise’s service centers and drop your car off for the day. They wash it and apply the vinyl wrap, and then you pick it up.
Advertising campaigns can last from 1 to 6 months, after which, CARVERTISE will remove the wrap from your car. You are paid only for driving within whatever area the advertiser selected and you are paid bi-weekly.
How It Turned Out
In order to be eligible for campaigns (which is what they call an ad), you have to first log at least 500 miles with the app. No problem. My daily commute is 50 miles, so I qualified in two weeks max I signed up. CARVERTISE also want to know what kind of car you drive, information we need to know so they can tailor the wrap to your specific car.
You dutifully turned on our app every time you drive your car anywhere. After more than a month of driving without getting an offer for a single campaign, you contacted the company and found out a bit more about how the process works.
Campaigns are only available when companies want to advertise, naturally. In your area (anyplace), there were some campaigns active, but not many. The person I spoke with said their salespeople were attempting to sell more ads – after all, if the drivers don’t get paid, the company doesn’t get paid either – but it was slow going. To date, I’ve driven 3.47 miles without a campaign offer.
